This report is a listing of all Kansas real estate licensees. It includes Active, Inactive, Suspended, Revoked, Expired, and Deceased Licensees. Licensees whose license has expired, but remain in the six month grace period are noted as "Expired Renewable".
The report contains the following fields for all licensees:
- Licensee Name
- License Number
- Date Issued
- Renewed
- Expiration Date
- License Status
- CE Requirements
The report contains the following fields for Active Licensees only:
- Business Name
- Business Phone
- Fax
- Business Address
Downloading the Report
This report is a *.csv file and may be easily imported into various
databases, spreadsheets, or word processing programs. Due to the size
of the file, it is available on our website only in zipped format.
