To obtain school and course approval, follow the steps in the Course Approval Checklist. The Commission will not process an incomplete application. Contact kreceducation@ks.gov with questions.

Pearson VUE is the contract vendor for Kansas real estate license exams. View the Pearson VUE content outlines and student handbook.

Reports are for the prior month.

Best Practices

Compliance courses are offered by the Commission and assigned as discipline, however many educators and licensees attend voluntarily for the information. Topics include BRRETA and Broker Supervision.

ARELLO Certification is not required for course approval, however the Commission recognizes most of the ARELLO Program Overview, Policies and Procedures for Synchronous Courses and Asynchronous Courses.
